At our additional international online workshop, based on Neurographica and other non-formal education methods, participants from across Europe—and beyond—came together to reflect, connect, and grow.

Using the Neurographica model "Transparent Ikigai", specially designed for our project, deep discussions, and collaborative analysis, we explored the synergy between personal and organizational values. It was a space for creativity, education, and meaningful reflection. 💡✨
